New Delhi:Tiz Hazari court in New Delhi has deferred the hearing on the plea filed by Bhim army chief Chandrasekhar Azad seeking modification of the conditions imposed on him while granting him bail.
According to reports, additional sessions judge directed the Delhi Police to verify Chandrasekhar's Delhi address given in the petition. The next hearing of the case will be on 21st January.
The court had restrained Azad from visiting Delhi for four weeks and directed him not to hold any dharna till the elections in the national capital and said that "the nation cannot be exposed to anarchy".
