Delhi: CCTV footage of property dealer's murder goes viral

A 45-year-old property dealer was shot dead by an assailant-in-helmet in New Delhi's Dwarka area on Tuesday. According to sources, the attack was the result of a long-standing rivalry between two groups over the disputed property.

New Delhi:In yet another shocking display of lawlessness, a 45-year-old property dealer was shot dead by an assailant in Dwarka in broad daylight on Tuesday.

The crime which took place in West Delhi's Dwarka area was captured by the CCTV cameras installed in the area.

The victim was driving towards his office when the assailant-in-helmet approached the vehicle and started shooting.

In the video, the victim can be seen stepping out of his car attempting to save his life, but the attacker climbs up on top of a nearby car, firing mercilessly at the property dealer.

The bystanders rushed the victim to Venkateswara Hospital immediately, where he was declared brought dead by the doctors.

According to sources, the attack was the result of a long-standing feud between two groups over the disputed property.

While the police are still investigating the matter, the CCTV footage is being widely circulated on social media.
