Kota (Rajasthan):With most students fleeing back home from Rajasthan's Kota - a major coaching hub for competitive examination preparations - amid the coronavirus outbreak, Lok Sabha Speaker and Kota MP Om Birla termed the coaching institutes as the "lifeline" of the city while stressing that the administration is trying to create a "positive atmosphere" to invite the students back.
"Coaching institutes are the lifeline of Kota. The administration is trying to revive the industry by creating a positive atmosphere for the students," Birla told ETV Bharat during a trip to his constituency.
On the beginning of Parliament's monsoon session amid Covid-19, Birla said that they are holding discussions on the matter and a decision is yet to taken.
