New Delhi: After the Supreme Court order to conduct Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) as per schedule, a candidate filed an application seeking clarification of Covid-19 protocols to be followed at the examination centre.

The candidate who is currently lodged in isolation due to Covid-19 infection is supposed to appear for this year's CLAT. The application points out that although the Vice-Chancellor of National Law School of India University (NLSUI) had issued a public statement assuring the availability of isolation centres at National Law Aptitude Test (NLAT) examination centres, new instructions fail to mention the facilities available for students in isolation.

On September 21, the apex court had ruled that CLAT shall be conducted as per the schedule by observing all the standard protocols. The examination is to be held on September 28.
