New Delhi:With polling for 542 Lok Sabha seats concluding on Sunday, Bharatiya Janta Party's national spokesperson Gopal Krishna Agarwal has reiterated party president Amit Shah's claim that the saffron party would win 300 seats in the 17th Lok Sabha polls on its own, while opposition parties may not even get the required number to elect the Leader of Opposition.
Speaking exclusively to ETV Bharat, Agarwal said, "as pointed out by party president, we are fully confident of BJP led- NDA winning 300 seats. We have established direct contact with people through more than 119 government schemes."
On allegations against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for having polarised votes through his Kedarnath visit, Agarwal said, "while the country is well aware that PM Modi went to Kedarnath and Badrinath to meditate and offer his prayers, nobody knows where Rahul Gandhi went to rejuvenate after a hectic round of elections."
