New Delhi:As the former JNU student leader Kanhaiya Kumar filed his nomination from Bihar, the Communist Party of India (CPI) alleged that the BJP tried to stop Kanhaiya from filing the nominations using all malicious means.
Speaking to ETV Bharat from Begusarai, National Secretary of CPI K Narayana said "Under immense tensions, we have finally managed to successfully file Kanhaiya's nomination. The BJP government in Delhi tried it's level best to stop his nomination using all fair and unfair means. They even filed a bogus charge sheet against him in Delhi. But thankfully, we managed to file the nomination."
Narayana further said that only half the battle was won and now the CPI would make sure that Kanhaiya manages to defeat BJP stalwart Giriraj Singh.
