According to Shahnawaz Hussain, young leaders in huge numbers are no more in support of the Congress party, however Jyotiraditya Scindia who was a senior leader had to face humiliation and he was treated disrespectfully besides being used as an instrument to win state election;his resignation is totally acceptable.

"After meeting PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, I firmly believe that Scindia's relation with BJP will become stronger and Madhya Pradesh will prosper eventually" Shahnawaz Hussain stated.

Scindia's exit puts the 15-month-old Congress government in MP on the verge of a collapse. Of the 230 seats in the MP assembly, 120 were held by the ruling combine of Congress and minor parties, 107 by the BJP and two were vacant.
