New Delhi:The Supreme Court (SC) has decided to rap up the argument on the Ramjanmabhumi-Babri Masjid case by 17th October instead of 18th October.
Besides this, the apex court has asked both the parties involved in this case to carry their argument on what measure do they desire from the Supreme Court on November 17.
Since last few days, the hearing was continued to 5 pm, but on Friday the proceeding was continued till 4 pm and the apex court has also clarified that on Saturday the hearing would not be continued after 4 pm.
Senior Advocate Rajeev Dhawan who is appearing for Sunni Waqf board resumed his arguments on Friday.
Dhawan said, "Would like to argue on title, waqf and limitation including adverse position. How we see history is important. Charges against KK Nayar are in public. It is by trespassing, the changes were made. Obstructive defacement took place. One person was not allowed to sleep there."
"We say that Babur came in 1526 it was an idle land", he added.
Justice SA Bobde asked if divinity can be attributed to an object in Islam?
In his reply, Dhawan said that the Mosque is an example of it.
Dhawan also contended that communally divisiveness and illegality was blamed on Muslims, but it would also apply to them when they (Hindus) demolished the Mosque in 1992.
Dhawan also asked the bench," They say that there was no concept of juristic personality in Vedas until the British came, so what law should be applied? "
