Assam: Indian Army's Cheetah helicopter makes emergency landing in Nagaon

An Indian Army Cheetah helicopter made an emergency landing in an open field in Assam's Nagaon. All three crew members are safe.

Nagaon: A Cheetah helicopter of the Indian Army on Tuesday made an emergency landing in an open field in Assam's Nagaon due to a technical glitch. The chopper was flying from Missamari to Dimapur, and all the three crew members are unharmed.

Cheetah helicopters are high-performance choppers designed for operation over a very wide range of weight, centre of gravity and altitude conditions.
