New Delhi: Former Samajwadi Party leaderand Rajya Sabha memberAmar Singh has said justice would be done inPanama papers case under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In an exclusive interview with the ETV Bharat here, Singh targeted his old friend Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya Bachchan, whose names had appeared inPanama papers case, sayingIf former Prime Minister of Pakistan can be sent to jail for corruption, then it can happen in India too.

"All the culprits will be sent to jail," he said.

Singh, while comparing life in the film industry and politics, said Bachchan entered politics, won election and yet went back to film industry as life in political field was not that easy.

"These are two different fields. In the film industry, you would always have people walking around you for your tasks and make you feel comfortable. In politics, you have to sweat yourself out, as one goes to streets and dirty slums, meet people of all kinds," he said.

"Jaya Bachchan is reluctant in shaking hands with people. She is afraid of catching an infection," he added.
