Accused absconding after raping and murdering minor in Rajasthan

Police still searching for accused who raped and murdered a minor girl in Sirohi district. The accused raped and killed the minor when she went to take a bath.

Sirohi: Four days after the brutal rape and murder of a minor girl in Sirohi district of Rajasthan, Anadara police are still searching the accused.

The person identified as Naukaram allegedly raped the 6-year-old girl and strangled her to death after which he escaped.

According to the police, the victim's family filed a case on September 26 against Naukaram in which they mentioned that on September 25 the accused raped the girl when she went to take bath and later killed her.

"Victim's body has been sent for the postmortem and a case has been registered. Five teams have been formed to arrest the accused," Revdar CO Narendra Singh said.

The Sirohi MLA Sanyam Lodha met the victim's family and assured them of appropriate action.
