Karnataka elections 2023: #ManeMagaModi trends on Twitter, here is what it means

It seems Prime Minister Narendra Modi has become a show-stopper for BJP as National President of BJP Yuva Morcha and MP for Bengaluru South Lok Sabha Constituency Tejasvi Surya in a tweet stated that "Modi is captivating the people with his magic spell" during his whirlwind tour in Karnataka.

Hyderabad:Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a campaign blitz in the poll-bound Karnataka as it is witnessing back-to-back campaigns by leaders belonging Congress and JD (S). With only a few days left for the Karnataka Assembly polls, the most trending hashtag was #ManeMagaModi. Apart from the hashtags, many pictures of Modi's campaign in Karnataka were posted by BJP leaders on their respective Twitter handles, claiming the Prime Minister is the "Son of Karnataka".

With hashtag, #ManemagaModi is trending on social media as Prime Minister Narendra Modi campaigning for the party candidates in a whirlwind tour across Karnataka for the past two days. Firing salvos at the Congress and JD (S), he painted a rosy picture for the party predicting that the party will emerge victorious in the hustings.

'ManeMagaModi' in Kannada means "our leader", which says the leader of Karnataka, or else "son of the soil". The BJP leaders, including National President of BJP Yuva Morcha and MP for Bengaluru South Lok Sabha Constituency Tejasvi Surya and other leaders flooding Twitter with 'ManeMagaModi' posts.

"Charisma draws massive crowds in Karnataka as people gather in large numbers to see and support him. A testament to the enduring appeal of the leader, who continues to inspire and empower," states one of the tweets of BJP leaders. "The leaders of Congress, who are immersed in scams, are talking about the issue of corruption. Multiple scams took place during the Congress rule in Karnataka," tweeted BJP National President JP Nadda

In Karnataka, Congress and JD (S) are pretending to be against each other. During the 2018 Assembly elections, their leaders were abusing each other. However, as soon as the election came to an end, they allied with each other, alleged BJP leader Dr Jitendra Singh. Notably, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has become a show stopper for Karnataka BJP as he was attracting huge crowds as usual. Modi, Amit Shah, JP Nadda, Smriti Irani, and other ministers and leaders are leaving no stone to romp home in the Assembly elections, which are slated for May 10.
