Before the big reveal, the makers dropped a hint at Bobby's possible entry in the film with a teaser that read, "The Lord of charisma." Soon after Bobby's casting for the film was announced via a poster.
There are growing rumours that Bollywood actor Bobby Deol will play the main antagonist in Thalapathy 69.
