అల్లు అర్జున్ - సుకుమార్ కాంబినేషన్లో వస్తున్న చిత్రం నేడు లాంఛనంగా ప్రారంభమైంది. హైదరాబాద్లో ఈ సినిమా పూజాకార్యక్రమాలు జరిగాయి. అల్లు అరవింద్ క్లాప్ కొట్టాడు.

"In mid-September the North Korean Football Association said that they will not be participating in the event. We met with North Korean Football Association officials in Pyongyang during the World Cup qualifier to ask for their participation but they responded that it would be difficult for them to do so."

"Sanctions are something the executive committee can decide on. However, we feel that North Korea is not participating in the event due to a complicated reason. I think it is something the North Korean football officials cannot handle by themselves. Therefore we are not thinking about imposing sanctions at this point."

"Like I said last week as well, I don't think it is my position to get into the politics and into a debate but I would much rather talk about the teams that are actually going to participate and I think it's going to be exciting enough and I think we need to put the emphasis on the teams that will be there and take the emphasis away from the team that's not going to come and play. But we will play them in the Olympic qualifier so I am looking forward to that. So for me personally 'no problem (said in Korean).'"

STORYLINE:
North Korea won't send its women's soccer team to a regional competition set to take place in South Korea in December.

The East Asian Football Federation said on Wednesday that North Korea informed it in mid-September that it won't take part in the 2019 EAFF E-1 championship in the southeastern city of Busan.

South Korea's football association has also confirmed North Korea's decision.
It said North Korea gave no reason for deciding not to send a team.

The development is yet another sign of stained ties between the two Koreas.

Earlier this month, North Korea blocked fans and international media from attending a men's World Cup qualifier between the two Koreas at an empty stadium in Pyongyang.
