'మోదీ డబ్బులు వేశారు.. రూ. 89 వేలు ఖర్చు చేశాను'

ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ నెలనెలా తన ఖాతాలోకి డబ్బులు వేస్తున్నారని భావించి హాయిగా వాటిని అవసరాలకు వాడేసుకున్నాడు ఓ మధ్యప్రదేశ్​వాసి. భింద్ జిల్లాలోని రురై గ్రామంలో ఈ ఘటన చోటుచేసుకుంది. ఇప్పటి వరకు రూ.89 వేలు నగదును వినియోగించుకున్నాడు.

విదేశాల్లో ఉన్న నల్లధనాన్ని దేశానికి రప్పించి దాన్నంతటినీ సామాన్య ప్రజల ఖాతాలో పడేలా చేస్తానని 2014 ఎన్నికలకు ముందు నరేంద్ర మోదీ ప్రకటించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఆ విషయాన్ని నమ్మిన ఓ వ్యక్తి తన ఖాతాలోకి నెలనెలా వచ్చి పడుతున్న డబ్బును హాయిగా తీసుకుంటూ అవసరాలకు వాడేసుకున్నాడు. ‘మోదీ ఇచ్చారు.. నేను తీసుకున్నా’ అని చెబుతున్నాడు. ఇంతకీ ఏం జరిగిందంటే..

మధ్యప్రదేశ్‌ భింద్‌ జిల్లాలోని స్టేట్‌ బ్యాంక్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఇండియా శాఖలో జరిగిందీ ఘటన. రురై గ్రామానికి చెందిన హుకుమ్‌ సింగ్‌, రోని హుకుమ్‌ సింగ్‌.. ఇద్దరూ ఒకే శాఖలో ఖాతాలను తెరిచారు. ఇద్దరు పేర్లు ఒక్కటే అవ్వడం వల్ల ఆ ఇద్దరికీ పొరపాటున ఒకే ఖాతా నంబరు కేటాయించారు. దీంతో ఒక హుకుమ్‌ సింగ్‌ దాచుకుంటున్న నగదు మరో హుకుమ్‌ సింగ్‌ అవసరాలకు ఉపయోగపడ్డాయి.

తన ఖాతాలో నగదు జమ అవ్వడం వల్ల అవి ఎక్కడ నుంచి వచ్చాయో తెలియని హుకుమ్‌.. ప్రధాని మోదీ ఎన్నికల వాగ్దానాన్ని నిలబెట్టుకుంటున్నారనుకొని వాటిని వాడుకుంటున్నాడు. అలా ఇప్పటి వరకు ఆరు నెలల కాలంలో దాదాపు రూ.89 వేలు డ్రా చేసుకున్నాడు. మరో హుకుమ్‌ సింగ్‌ తన ఖాతా నుంచి నగదు ఉపసంహరించుకుందామని ప్రయత్నించగా అందులో రూ.35 వేలు మాత్రమే ఉన్నట్లు గుర్తించాడు.

దీనిపై బ్యాంకు సిబ్బందిని ప్రశ్నించగా జరిగిన తప్పును కనుగొన్నారు. హుకుమ్‌ను ప్రశ్నించగా ‘ప్రధాని మోదీ నా ఖాతాలో డబ్బులు వేస్తున్నారనుకున్నా. అందుకే వాటిని తీసుకుని వినియోగించా’ అంటూ అమాయకంగా సమాధానం ఇచ్చాడు. దీంతో బ్యాంకు సిబ్బంది అతడి అమాయకత్వానికి ఏం చేయాలో తెలియక తలలు పట్టుకున్నారు. ఇద్దరికి ఒకే ఖాతా నంబరు ఎలా వెళ్లిందో ఇప్పటికీ తెలియడం లేదంటూ సిబ్బంది బదులివ్వడం గమనార్హం.

"I am extremely concerned about renewed violence in Idlib. As you know, there are three million civilians in Idlib, many of whom have fled from fighting elsewhere in Syria and who have suffered and continue to suffer. There has been an escalation these past weeks in aerial bombardment as well as ground-based attacks from both sides. Just two days ago, at least a dozen civilians were killed and 50 injured, including children, when a missile reportedly launched from Syrian government territory struck an IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) camp and near a maternity hospital. There have been significant developments in the north east. A Turkish military intervention into Syria together with Syrian armed opposition forces the Syrian government deploying troops in the north east following an understanding with the Syrian democratic forces. A U.S./Turkish ceasefire understanding, a Turkish/Russian understanding and leading to joint patrols along the Turkish border. And, of course, the redeployment of U.S. forces from large parts of the north east to Deir al-Zour, including close to oil fields.While these understandings have reduced violence in the area, reports of clashes and shelling continue. More than 90 civilians have been killed. And while many have returned home, more than 75,000 remain displaced. Meanwhile, Israeli air strikes near Damascus, which we saw and said was in response to rocket launch towards these strikes, reportedly killed two civilians.

STORYLINE:
The United Nations is warning that violence is flaring up again in Idlib, Syria. Additionally at least seven civilians were killed Thursday in the Syrian government-controlled city of Aleppo in intense shelling from rebel-held areas in the country's northwest.
The shelling comes a day after Syrian government troops bombed a displaced people's camp in the nearby rebel-held areas, killing at least 15 people, including six children. The violence has effectively shattered a fragile three-month truce in the area, sponsored by Turkey and Russia.
The bloodshed in the northwest also comes as Syrian troops are mired in intense fighting with Turkey-backed fighters in the country's northeast. Turkey is seeking to expand its areas of influence in Syria's north, pushing Kurdish fighters away from its borders. While Russia sponsored another cease-fire deal in the northeast, Turkey-backed fighters also advanced there, clashing with Syrian government troops for weeks.
In the violence Thursday, a reporter from state-run Al-Ikhbariya said rebels shelled several neighborhoods in Aleppo, Syria's second largest-government-controlled city. The reporter visited the city's hospitals, saying 30 others were wounded.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based war monitor, said at least six were killed in the shelling by rebel groups who live on the western outskirts of the city and in opposition-controlled Idlib Province.
On Wednesday, government forces shelled camp Qah, near the border with Turkey, killing 15, including six children and two women. The Observatory said the attack caused fires in several tents while surface-to-surface missiles struck an area in the camp close to a maternity hospital.
The insurgents retaliated by firing on Aleppo, but there was no word of casualties.
Syrian troops launched a four-month offensive earlier this year against the country's last opposition stronghold in Idlib, which is dominated by al-Qaida-linked militants.
The government offensive forced hundreds of thousands of civilians to flee their homes. A fragile cease-fire halted the advance at the end of August, but in recent weeks it has been repeatedly violated.
