కోలీవుడ్లో ఘనవిజయం సాధించిన అసురన్ చిత్రాన్ని.. తెలుగులో వెంకటేశ్ రీమేక్ చేయనున్నాడు. ఈ సినిమాలో శ్రియను హీరోయిన్గా తీసుకోనుందట చిత్రబృందం.

తెలుగు, తమిళ చిత్రాలు పరస్ఫరం రీమేక్లు రూపొందుతుండటం చాలా రోజులుగా జరుగుతూనే ఉంది. తాజాగా కోలీవుడ్లో ధనుష్‌ నటించిన అసురన్ చిత్రాన్ని తెలుగులో వెంకటేశ్ రీమేక్ చేయనున్నాడు. శ్రీకాంత్ అడ్డాల దర్శకత్వం వహించనున్న ఈ సినిమాలో శ్రియ కథానాయికగా నటించనుందట.
ఈ విషయంపై శ్రియతో ఇప్పటికే సంప్రదింపులు జరిపిందట చిత్రబృందం. త్వరలో అధికారికంగా ప్రకటించాల్సి ఉంది. ఈ చిత్రానికి సంబంధించిన హక్కులను వెంకటేశ్ సోదరుడు నిర్మాత సురేష్‌ బాబు తీసుకున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే.
